(1) I didn’t even get to HyVee until around 5:30! I threw in 60 bottles, only 42 of them were accepted. Which brings the total to 367 bottles processed and 278 bottles accepted. Meaning just in what has been processed there were over 89 rejected.

(2) With how late it already was, I decided to grab a Visa Gift Card from the store to throw in the card. Which reminded me that I hadn’t scheduled sending the card. Can take care of that later.

(3) Home, Good Girl treat… a reliable and consistent part of most days.

(4) Fail- too late for walk, so no change needed. Doing this old school!

(5) Fail- too late for walk, but Nala was howling for Dog Park.

(6) Made it to the Dog Park around 6 anticipating a full hour. With sunset at 6:18, however, at 6:45 it was already full night time dark and getting cold.

(7) Partial-Fail? With how late it was and how much I had to do, I decided to take the easy way and grab Taco John’s on the way back home. While eating, I watched Daredevil and tried to see if I could come up with a good thing for Number 16. I figured I shouldn’t wait too late for that to respect her schedule and everything.

(16) What I came up with:
Ha! Love it! And I appreciate the sentiment. Everyone definitely has their own text preferences and it is good to communicate them! I tend to like texting but this week has been busy (as evidenced by how late I am responding, lol) Very much looking forward to Saturday!
(NO reply as yet but I am willing to accept silence here without assuming sever.)

(8) Ordered 2 breakfast pizzas for the office tomorrow and I will pick up a bunch of bananas for our vegan office mates in the morning.

(9) Dealt with Fridge Trash (I.... have a lot of Oatmeal stuff to decide what to do with!)
(10) Gathered Trash
(11) Cleaned out Car (surprisingly, lol, much easier when I’m not in a show!)
(12) Chosen Failure; there is still a lot of room in the bin and since I have to travel the bin since, despite paying for the service, they make me lug my bin halfway up the street just to be collected… I can wait until next week!
(14) But since I was in the garage anyway, I threw two more boxes of glass redemption into the trunk.
(17) Then, before emptying the dishes, I decided to call WalGreens. I know their pharmacy is now open, just sporadically, so what is the phone situation? OH- no phone refills at all anywhere in a 50 mile radius! Which is… frustrating bullshit since they are actually open, just not Always Open, which will make refilling Rx a much much more time consuming event for the foreseeable future!

(13) Then time to unload the dishwasher and do any dishes that remained from last night/this morning. I started that at 9:30! So.... as predicted… a later night on the chores! (And I’m not even batting 100% on them.)

After this, Nala brought me toys to throw and tug. So… I spent some time playing with her. Yes, she got Dog Park time but.... she’s always been this way. You can walk her at 6, Dog park for an hour, and still between 8 and 10- she wants to play!

(18) So… what I have to build in to Friday/Saturday/Sunday is the following:
Friday- possibly working late. Hy Vee for Redemption. WalGreens for Rx. Nala to Dog Park. Probably Clothes Laundry on Friday night.
Saturday… I am required to be at work by 9. I’m thinking get there around 8 to do more work, do court at 9, stay until at least noon to keep getting work done. I’d like to mow on Saturday, but with a date at 5 p.m. and an hour long drive to get there? I’m worried about putting anything between Noon and Leaving for the Date. Maybe Dog Park time for Nala between work and date.
Sunday… I am required to be at work by 9. I’m thinking get there around 8 to do more work, do court at 9, stay until at least noon to keep getting work done. Nala has a much needed grooming at Noon Thirty (her nails desperately need it; I can hear her nails catching on the carpet in the basement and it’s like she’s walking on velcro!) Sooo.... after Nala’s grooming… I could do mowing… and I need to do a bunch of bedding laundry and set the bedroom for “Late Autumn/Winter” feels. Maybe film a TikTok video or two if the mood and time strikes me. So… that’s… what I’m working with?

And that’s where I am here at 10:15..... I am going to try to craft some kind of e-mail response to 3rd Match. We’ll see how that turns out.
I do think it is ironic that the Matchmaker is doing a Single’s Mixer for 30 to 50 year olds on Saturday night. Like.... had I known I might have just suggested that for Sunday’s Cancellation Date but… I definitely know that would have sent the wrong message, lol. Though, to be honest, the worm is already digging in my brain. There’s the faintest whisper back there of… “if the date is even still on.”
