August is a wild month.
Today was orientation, 10 interns. We had one drop out AND one sign up on FRIDAY. I got her reference sheet an hour before I was off. That means I got her references on Friday and at 7 am was setting up her EHR access, email and other information. Its a 2-4 hour process per user, But i wasnt about to stay late on Friday. So I got as much done as I could. Then set up this am and Got her as good as I could by the time we started at 8.
Now that THAT huge chunk of work is done. I can finish up the foreign entity stuff so we can operate in multiple states. The 6th building opened last week yay. So Construction starts on the 7th which is the one i get to move into! YAY.
And then my problem gas lighting pain in the ass employee is giving her notice. WHEW, its a therapist. She drives me crazy. Shes CHOOSING not to follow rules and finally put in notice after we told her no more. Now she cant leave fast enough. Shes like ill take a few more clients. WTF NO! You will NOT take new clients if you are planning on quitting when you find a new job. We arent doing that to them. Shes a good therapist, but a shite employee. Cant wait for that lmao.
I got my hair done last weekend, Its now bleached out and toned to a more natural blond color. Its an odd shade for me, seeing im brunette, but ill live lmao.
Annnnd T traded in his SUV for a big ass red pickup truck. yay for 16 mpg haha. But hes happy. Its fucking expensive AF though, so there goes our savings.... Some year right?
Its fine, we are fine... :)
