Fantastic Four was decent, good movie. Not great. Iron Man 1, Cap Winter Soldier? Those were great.

Sue (Invisible Woman played by Vanessa Kirby), Johnny (Human Torch played by Joseph Quinn) and Ben (Thing played brilliantly by Ebon Moss-Bachrach) all felt like an actual family unit. Reed (Mr. Fantastic played by Pedro Pascal) felt like an awkward stepdad. I get he’s a super genius scientist that has to have that cold detachment to his work but it felt…off.

Galactus was scary!
Skyscraper level giant.

All in all though it was definitely a tribute to Stan Lee and Jack Kirby’s run on the series from the 60’s

Went to the library yesterday and loaded up on DVD’s. Mom had that dentist appointment Wednesday where her last five teeth were pulled. Apparently they had already become a bit loose. She was back there for fifteen to twenty minutes tops. Lots of soft foods the last three days.

Tomorrow we were supposed to take my cousin to the movies then Sunday I was supposed to hang with Mike but both fell through. That’s actually a good thing because honestly I really don’t feel like being around anyone right now.

I don’t know if it’s just me wanting to be alone or nerves but I’ve cherished the moments where I’ve truly been by myself.
In the car.
Just me.
And my tunes.
I can sing to my heart’s content
Shout curses at other drivers from rolled up windows.
Make jokes and back stories about the people I see out and about walking around.
Blather to myself like I’m my own best friend or a raving madman.
Decompressing.
Being myself.

Ugh, I don’t want to think right now.
