Finally got the depo shot. I get to use this at least 2 years before a mandatory break.

I forgot to mention, when I was at the gyno physical i was in the 250 ‘s. A familiar area for me. I got down to 247 when I was doing my jobs biggest loser earlier this year so while having a treadmill I’ve actually gained 7 lbs

Oh well, most of August I’ve been on track with myfitnesspal and the treadmill so.... Maybe when I face the doc scale in 3 months it’ll show me back in the 240s…
