So Tired... in Hello

Up all night, go figure.

The first rehab appointment wasn’t bad at all. Small group, our therapist is cool and it basically becomes a group discussion over the topic of the day. Today’s was dealing with resentment. I dug it. Apparently we won’t stay till 11:30, usually out by 10 since we’re a smaller group. Cool by me.

I’ve got a workbook I need to plow through and a list of places to volunteer to get in my ten hours of community service. I’ll get to all that later, though. Just get these next two sessions out of the way first.
