I’m not on probation but am on color code. I have to called a number EVERYDAY and if my color comes up I go to widdle in a cup at the courthouse.
Judge told me to check out New Horizons which is an outpatient drug/alcohol program. I don’t need to do inpatient really seeing how as I’m going to be getting drug tested.
Conditions of this program is I had to waive my right to appeal if something goes wrong and enter in a guilty plea. They’ll withhold the charge till I complete the court’s requirements at which time all charges will be dropped. If I piss dirty I’m kicked out of the program and face the consequences of the guilty plea.
