Tried Korean short ribs for the first time at Viethouse. Oh my god they were succulent! Came with steamed rice, cucumber slices, sliced carrots, two slices of tomatoes and lettuce. Will definitely order it again.
Convinced mom to call in today (she’s been highly depressed) and we spent the day driving around and going to thrift stores. The weather was amazing.
I had to go to Game Stop and get a new PS4 controller. The down button has stopped working which, coincidentally, I need that to access a weapon/means of traversal in God of War. Angrily punching the crap out of the button with my finger and cursing at the controller only gets me so far.
I want some more of those short ribs. 🤤

The Korean short ribs sound delicious. You always make me hungry for tasty food.
