A lot of bread and butter (you ever just buy a loaf of French or Italian and just eat the damn thing with butter… um yea - me and hubby are breadaholics)

And all through out the day, not within fasting hours
Why I did this myself I don’t know?
I just subconsciously decided today was a fuck it day. I just ate before my fasting hours and then felt “ruined” and kept going.
