206 in Weight Loss Surgery

So I jumped on the scale and I’m still 206. I suspect that I was not 206 yesterday but my mental health is better for not knowing for sure.
I haven’t gotten a lot of water in the past few days. Gotta work on that…
So this is my birthday weekend and my husband has plans for me. I’m sure that includes lunch and dinner out SO my fasting may be screwed yet again. I don’t see a way around it. I feel bad to use the “I have a stomach ache” excuse to something special my husband planned.
This is just real life, esp. in the summer. Things come up…
FOOD
9am - 12pm - 150cals - coffee with creamer
430pm - 530pm - 580cals - frappuccino bottle & mozz stick
630pm - 730pm - 500 Moroccan food (total guess)
730pm - 830pm - 500 chocolate birthday cake and milk (total guess)
Total cals - 1730cals
Total water - 2 cups

Glas your weight stayed!!! No, don't feel bad if you have to use that excuse. If he can't understand your boundaries with food being the same, use what you have to to not start fights, because I know that is what you are doing. hugs
