so frustrating! How could I still be GAINING from the fuckfest of food I ate 3 days ago?!?
My stomach is off today though and I’m releasing some of my usual… constipation… so maybe the scale will change tomorrow.

700am - 800am - 100cals - 2 cup coffee w/ creamer
800am - 500pm - 10cals 4cps water w/ Gatorade flavor
100pm - 130pm - 25 cals - broth
200pm - 230pm - indian TV dinner 340
400pm - 430pm - 200cals chocolate chip muffin
530pm - 600pm - 180cals - cauliflower bites (salty snack)
730pm - 800pm - 330cals - thai bowl tv dinner
Total cals - 1005 cals
Total water - 6 cups

Have you talked to a nutritionist lately? There is a "sweet" spot with our bodies where we have to consume so many calories to burn and not our body not hold on to them . Of course, my stupid body never gets the memo.
