One week in Torridaussity Two

In one week I will turn 34 and I am having a hard time dealing with it. I want to write a long entry and might in between the mounds of paperwork I have to do tomorrow. Today I helped with a garage sale and made 20 bucks, got my nails done and then did hours of internet training. I am tired and can't write it all down now. I will share a picture of my pretty nails though. I never get my fingernails done because I am a little OCD about picking a color that doesn't match something I am wearing, but today I decided to hell with it, I picked a light color (I also normally only do dark colors on my toes) and I added sparkle to it. Later this week I am going for a pedicure. I didn't have time or an actual appointment today, but had a gift certificate that was about to expire from my bday last year and took a chance as a walk in to use it and was successful. I am also hoping to get my hair done for the summer this week. I will share pics of that as well. I am treating myself for my birthday because I need to be nice to myself for once. Hope you are all well. nails

Your nails look gorgeous! Love the colour and sparkle! Yes 30's is a rough time, I'm glad you are treating yourself well right now.

Thanks and I am usually ok most of the year, but a lot has been going on right now and with my bday it just is overwhelming.

NICE! I had a problem turning 30 and on and on and on...so I started to go backwards. This birthday I will be 35...I am ready to mentally turn that age even though my age is more than that - I won't speak of it as I won't have to be it if I keep it a secret :)

Have a nice time, find something that you would like to do :)

I like the way you think in fact my friends and I say we are celebrating the anniversary of our 29th birthday lol

It works and it works for me. Find out the best age/year you lived and stick with that for a while. Tell all your friends that if they get cakes, balloons or cards, NOTHING can have your real age on it. Get the fake age instead....and just be that age. snap just like that. Age is just a number and you are still nice and young right now. Celebrate life :)

Love that color and the sparkles! Very pretty :) Happy birthday! It seems once you hit 30, each birthday gets harder to cope with lol. I'll be 31 in August and I'm already freaking. I mean, didn't I JUST turn 30 like 5 seconds ago? Gosh.
