Hot Showers For Everyone! in Hello

Woke up cold to the bone this morning. A piping hot shower took care of that.
I have to stop sitting with my legs crossed for hours at a time. My right knee hurts a bit from sitting that way too long.
It’s a little after ten AM and my belly is rumbling. What shall I eat?
