I have yesterday's workout and today's workout that I need to post, but I'll get to that tonight. Today's the 16th? That means this is day 6 of 21 day. (Cuz it takes 21 days to make a habit.) The fog is clearing, and with the semester over, my anxiety is almost gone. Hung out with Caty on Wednesday and made plans to see Angie on Tuesday. Should see if Erik and Liz want to do thursday-related things. Thinking of using Monday to either do laundry, or do some random cleaning/organizing of the flat.

If I get in a run tonight and tomorrow morning, that'll give me four workouts and four runs for the week. Which is what I wanted. : ) As for food, I'm just making sure I don't gorge myself. I do have a habit of doing that sometimes. Man, when Elissa and I went to Don Jose the other day, I was so overfull. BUT IT WAS SO DELICIOUS. I need to just eat half and take the other half home and have TWICE THE TASTINESS. I <3 mexican food.

Forget if I have it anywhere, but I should add, "really into balls" on the list of things I'd want in a girl. I'll get the shortlist done eventually. Most of the hardcore kinks don't matter. It's the more frequent little things like quality ball-caressing that matters. I'd like to get it down to a shortlist of things I'd want in a girl and things I enjoy offering, so to speak.

Also, I'm waking up less lethargic on less sleep. Still would like to go to bed at a reasonable hour tonight and get a little more sleep, but we'll see. Had a good wank last night. Perhaps I'll do that again tonight, though it is rather nice with long periods of rest.

I've been saying I don't have two good weeks in a row. It's time to change that.
