What are your eating habits do you eat all day and night ? Do you have a set time for meals and just over eat?

Try picking a time to stop eating ( regardless what other people in your home are doing if applicable) say 7:30pm (assuming you sleep and not work at night) drink to water no matter how much you want to eat something ( this will be really fucking aggravating the first night or so... try to deal with it it'll go away drink water do something else... when you wake up eat it can be cake and fried donuts if you want... but first establish eating time frames then work on what you eat ... try smaller portions even if your still eating cakes and w/e trying eating half ... or 2/3 ... then move on from there... if your a list person make a chart or time table ...
