On weight loss in Bittersweet

Ive been fasting for weightloss for almost a month now. Not really changing what i eat so much as when i eat. I cram my daily calories into a 6 hour eating window. I lost 20 lbs doing this years ago so i figured i can loose some again! So its been 29 days. ive lost 5 lbs. And keeping them off. Even when i have a bad eating day like yesterday where i had a huge fountain soda, chicken nuggets, steak and veg for dinner THEN a bowl of raisin bran ( stupid obsession of mine.) and a low cal chocolate fiber bar thingy that are for my work. I still managed to go down .2 of a lb. So all in all. Im actually closer to 7 lbs down this month. I have a lot to go. But its the best progress that i can see. My waist looks a bit slimmer, less lovehandle squish. Some of my pants are a bit looser. So some progress. My goal is another 30 lbs to come off. And i know it takes time. No matter how this CAN work fast. Its not a get skinny fast fad. Its just a restructuring of how you eat. And yes if you eat better, you loose better lol. But i need my soda in the first part of my eating window ( 12-6 less if i can push it skinnier lol) And im not willing to give up my fountain pepsi. I AM going to have to learn to push it back further because my new work schedule is 8-1 and if i bring a soda, i drink it whenever. 12-6 gives me a chance to eat dinner at 5ish Sometimes ill go 12-7 and do desert. Sometimes if im sugar craving ill drink a sugar free lemon drink i found at sams club. In any event Its working! Slowly but progress. I want to be a size 8 again, and 30 lbs will do it. If i can keep it up at 5 lbs a month. By spring ill be where I want to be. I just need to hold myself accountable and keep working on myself. INcluding cutting back on soda ( getting easier honestly) and making better health choices. I already dont eat much fast food or junk. But some things get to me…

I just had someone ask about what other angoras i have for sale. She bought 6 earlier this yea.r I have at least 4. I hope she takes more of them. That would be epic.

I've done intermittent fasting for years, not intentionally, it's just how I've eaten due to my work schedule and it definitely doesn't aid in weight loss for me. Idk how it works so well for literally everyone else. But good for you! And I totally love me some fountain pop!! Esp McDonald's coke!

Its about narrowing your window for eating and how much you eat in your window. I narrow mine to 4-6 hours on a lot of days. Then i eat about 1200 calories in that time.
Im down 10 lbs as of today... I fudged yesterday and ate cinnamon rolls. And had a 12 hour eating window. Oh well.

it really is. And when im wokring my 8-1. Its so easy NOT to drink it. I go to work, dont bring one. I could easily add the mondays i dont work on and would have 5 days where i have n oway to be tempted lol. I drink a blueberry lemonade. My newest addiction and water and im fine.
Then i get off work, go home, get the husband, get a fountain drink, do any errands he has and im set. The hardest is we pick the kids up from the bus at 3 15 and 3 45. AT a gas station. Big group bus stops here. So its like NO dont go get another one...
