The was a boy who was born with the sun shining on his face
His eyes were the deepest blue and his mind, a maze
And when the rays of light reflected on his tears the moon raged and the tide made sure everyone who hurt him was full of fear

And there was girl, whose tears were made of gold
She spent her days roaming the earth just looking for a hand to hold
And someone with eyes bluer than the sea to see
That the girl who cried tears of gold was all alone

When the gold met the sea the moon and the sun rejoiced
She calmed the rage of the moon
And he wiped her tears of gold
Anyone with eyes could see the light that held them
Neither day or night could seem to keep them apart anymore
When the gold and the sea became one
