Finally in First entry

August 16th. August 16th! The divorce will be final! I can’t wait. I don’t have to show up, I don’t have tonpay an attorney, it will just be finished. That I am excited for. It’s time to be free and not longer legally connected to her.

After the 16th, she will no longer legally be allowed to use my last name. That’s important to me. I have worked really hard to turn my last name around. I’ve tried to do the right thing in life and make it honorable. So no, I don’t believe believe she deserves it.

I do wonder how the kids are going to take it?? It will be a cold day in hell before they cange their last name. E can change her name when she gets married, but not any other time. I have a feeling K hasn’t thought this through. In an attempt to appease boyfriend, she willing to sever another connection to her kids. But what do I know?

Tomorrow will be the 1 year anniversary of when she just stopped showing up to give me assistance with the kids. She called the sheriff on me that day too. Lol. At least I have been able able to protect them through all of this.
