Aphrodisiac or sleep aid?
Went back to the clinic when they opened and the NP gave me prednisone 10mg. It has done wonders and I can walk again.
Met up with Peacock for an adventure in the afternoon and got back home shortly after six. I was way too beat to cook so I treated mom and I to Dreamland BBQ. Man oh man were those fried green tomatoes and ribs succulent.
When I finally got back home and was in for the night I had been awake quite a long time. The lessening of pain and good food swimming in my stomach started to take it’s toll, I laid down and was out by a little after nine. Crashed nice and hard. Woke up a few times for sips of water and/or wipe drool from my face. That’s when you know you’ve slept damn good.
It’s four forty-seven AM, Rambo First Blood came on a little while ago and I just hit the vape a few times. Chilling and more napping is in order for today. First I gotta find the back scratcher, I’ve got a spot I can’t reach and it’s driving me crazy.
All is good right now.
Not gonna rock the boat this weekend.
For those that know what I mean, it’s time to just walk calmly down the cereal aisle for once.

It was. Dreamland BBQ was founded in the '50's in Tuscaloosa and became the go to spot before or after Alabama football games. They expanded in the early '00's.
I love local (be it city or state) restaurants. All about supporting the community plus you get a unique experience you won't get at corporate or chain places.
