I put my notice in.
They are understanding. I did tell them all the reasons, the things that happened. And my husbands work. Its going to put us in a bind. But we will manage. I need a new job. Preferably something flexible and at home lol.
Or something. I need a few hundred a month.

I'm also changing jobs soon, but with very little notice as my new position starts on the 6th of July

If it feels good despite the financial strain you have to know that this is the right call! I am glad they wee understanding! I bet they are sorry to see you go though! They sure should be!

One of the kids in the yard that i feel like i mommed started crying. I didnt expect that from him. And a bnch of people told me i cant quit i have to stay haha. And the manager did say i can change my mind, But i only feel like i should when im there because i do love some of those people.

Yes. But one of my favorites texted me and told me he walked today. They wrote him up for an incident that was disproven by video. They wrote him up for nothing. He walked. The higher ups in the company make it sad.
I want to work in a book shop or a flower shop or something small like that. Preferably locally owned.

Video proof and everything!!?? Wow! The higher ups are always idiots. As a manager myself I'm always in trouble with the GM cuz I will defend my staff biterally. Haha

yes. They could see the accusation NEVER happened. But he still got a write up and he walked out. Its terrible.

Me either. They wrote me up for missing 2 days for calling in sick. Its crazy. A kid got written up for her baby being sick and calling out. I dont understand why that is the default. Not everyone can just have a disposable sitter on hand.
