Interesting. Employee/boss behavior is an important subject. I'm glad you're working on it. I worked at ordinary jobs for a lot of years and I experienced and saw a lot of good and bad workers and good and bad bosses. I worked in one place with a union and I thought the official channels for complaint and discipline was a positive thing. I'm curious though - what kind of misbehavior are we talking about? Minor? Major? Also often the labor market determines what an employer will put up with. If an employee is easily replaced or not makes a difference.

What kind of misbehaviors will be part of the questions that I will be asking the interviewee. I have been provided with evidence through research what those possibilities are, but they are different. Restorative justice puts termination as not a solution. Termination is a last resort, and the company does not fire them, per se, they agree that they need to go their separate way--respectful and politely. The goal of restorative justice is to unite the organization. Negative punishment always hurts both parties and teaches that justice means revenge.
Punitive punishment and restorative justice are part of the whole of conflict resolution. Most companies choose the punitive system instead of the restorative system. I'm presenting evidence for the other side.
