Still at 229. I dip into 228 but not consistently enough for me to mark myself down as being 228.
So I think it’s time for the gym…
I’ve been putting it off long enough and really only because of the pandemic – not because I can’t physically exercise because I can and do. And when Will went to the doc last week he wanted him to exercise too.
I think that I should focus more on cardio, although I hate it. And Will can focus on weight so at least he can sit down while doing things. I haven’t brought this up to Will yet and I’ll prob be shot down but whatever.
I might finally get off my ass and go this week…
Will is going to work now so he is more active than he has been in 2 months but it’s not actual “exercise”.
I also need to up my water, I track it in an app of course and I’m like days behind. I dunno why I’m not thirsty. I was on a tea kick for a long time.
Actually I guess part of it is cold drinks still don’t go down so well. And now it’s getting too hot to like hot drinks but I don’t want cold drinks so I just don’t drink…

Probiotics help me be more regular too and help me with stalls
