If you were to Google that phrase you would find out that apples do indeed have many wonderful health benefits. Of course, as I have learned over the course of my years, what works for some doesn’t work for others.
Yesterday’s post got a few comments about Doctors getting it wrong. I know firsthand this is true. At 18 I had arthritis so bad in my hand and legs the doctor told me I would be crippled and in a wheelchair by my 21st birthday. Fooled them, I am still walking with no pain.
In 2011 I was told I was in perfect health. A month later I suffered two heart attacks within a 6 day period. What I have learned is what they tell me only applies to that particular day. Doctors don’t know everything, or in some cases, they don’t know anything.
I think Doctors should be paid like any other profession. You get it right I pay, you get it wrong it’s free until you figure out what the problem is. Doctors and Weathermen are the only two professions I know that can get it wrong and still keep their jobs.
Now it’s time for that apple.
