Day 2 of personal training in Weight Loss Surgery

Yes I Am SORE.

Mostly thighs, we did a lot of squats yesterday. She does try to switch it up between leg stuff and arm stuff. So even though we did do squats again today we also did arm stuff.

I’m not focusing on any one body part.

She said that she does see me improved since before the surgery - which makes me feel good cause I’m always so exhausted when exercising that I don’t really remember what reps I was at or how high I was lifting my knees before surgery.

I don’t know if we’ll always do wed and thur but I know the soreness is extra cause it’s two days back to back. We’re both flexible cause sometimes things come up for her or me and we rearrange.

I’m getting kinda nervous cause next week is when I do my 3 month measurements and I’m wondering how it’s gonna go. I feel smaller but sometimes it only results in like 1 inch down and I’m like AWW MAN.

My sis said she wants to go to a waterpark with Emma and me in July. I KNOW I’m not gonna be THE BIGGEST ONE at the waterpark but I FEEL that way in these situations and do worry about people looking at me and what they see - cause they’re seeing angles I don’t even see, you know.... I dunno if it’s worse being all super fat or all deflated… I guess deflated is better right…

I forgot to mention that Will had his 1 month appt with our WLS doctor and the doc didn’t bash Will at all for his weight loss.

I think he’s lost 43lbs since his highest weight. He’s still lost weight faster than me, even with his set backs.

I don’t know if he talked to the doc about what his calorie range should be or a food tracking app. I didn’t bother him about it too much. If the doc wasn’t hard on him, why should I be?
