More Notes on Conflict Resolution in Poetry

I am currently working on two things right now. I just finished my novel today. Tomorrow, I will do a final read-through to ensure that the book is sound. I am also in a doctoral program. So, I am writing a dissertation and configuring a study to implement. My study and dissertation is about effective conflict resolution styles and probably forecasting a hopeful future conflict resolution style involving Unitive Leadership. My goal is to open up research into a new way of doing things (Oneness) versus the old way of doing things (duality).
