Sorry, it’s 1:36 AM, and my mind isn’t what it used to be. Forgive me.
It’s actually rather simple. What if something were to happen to me and I land in a hospital? A car accident? I know she would drop everything, EVERYTHING, and come to me. Being my Wife, she would have legal authority to make decisions for me.
Without her, tricky who it would fall on. Maybe my dad, and we know despite trying to repair the relationship, I don’t trust him.
You haven’t seen my Wife when she goes full Wifenado. If you think I’m manic, goodness. I know, I KNOW that if I were in serious trouble, she’d come. She’s an Adrian like that.
I married her because I trust her that much. If I were incapacitated, I trust her to make a decision for me.

Absolutely. Insurance? Filing taxes together? Not testifying against eachother? You are still responsible for eachothers debt unfortunately... There are ALLLL sorts of nuances that people dont realize are involved in the piece of paper. It's why im reluctant to legally divorce from B as well.
