I'm certainly no expert on the Scoville scale, but I've watched enough Hot Ones episodes to know that Da Bomb seems to be the gold standard in causing pain. In case it helps.

Many years ago, a friend gifted me something called Ass In Space. Only three drops were required for tacos.
I made some tacos for my extended family. And my Uncle, oh my. He thought this was "normal" hot sauce. He poured it on, and was SWEATING.
Lemme look it up. "Scoville Heat Units (SHU): 250,000 - 1,000,000"
I just looked up Da Bomb: "The Hot Sauce that everyone loves to hate - it's Da'Bomb! Da'Bomb comes in four levels of pain: Ghost Pepper at 22,800 Scovilles, Beyond Insanity at 135,600 Scovilles, Ground Zero at 321,900 Scovilles, and The Final Answer at a killer 1.5 million Scovilles! They're explosive!"

I can't figure out if there's a real scientific basis for Scoville units. I think the one featured on the show is Beyond Insanity, and there's 2 hot sauces with higher Scovilles that come last. But it's always Da Bomb that's the true test and sends guests over the top, it seems like they are coasting once they get past that one.
