Day 2 in Molding Journal

So last night after the little one went to bed I spent 20 minutes straight shadowing boxing with a 10 min total stretch and cool down and a 5 minute meditation for my mind. So 30 minutes of work out and a 5 minute mental recovery not a bad start. Today my abs are sore so I know what I did was worth it.
