Cut tonight. First time in almost 2 years. For whatever reason I just started to freak out and get too much into my thoughts. I tried to avoid cutting by slamming my wrist in the wall a few times and that didn’t help. I was so desperate It took 10 minutes to take apart a lady razor to get to the blades.
Now that it’s done in relaxed and tired and regret what I did.
