Monday A.M. 4/21 in Plan B

It is monday morning and I am trying to get myself together. I have a busy day a head of me. This a.m. p.t. then grocry shop. I need things for my lunches or at least some snacks. At 1:00 the appraiser is coming then at 6:30 the new owners are coming to take measurements to see if " all their furniture fits". I know this sounds odd but I don't know how they can do that when my furniture is still here and my spare bedroom is filled with boxes of stuff that has already been packed. So we will see.

When I took the kids for a walk yesturday my neib up the street who I have known longer than I lived here asked how I was doing. I gave her the scoop and told her about my washer n dryer up for sale and here she knows someone who might be needing one and is moving this weekend so since she has the truck it might be a done deal. Yea. I hope. I am asking $900 because I paid almost $2k for them. They are the top of the line and do everything but have kittens. If I get $8 I will say yes to that.

Going to call my old place of employment and ask them for my records of tb test, backround check ect. Dumbass. She should have known better but when you look at her you realize she dosn't. O.K. Well I gotta get a movin and a groovin. More later. Mayby ~ Mayby not

P.T. never seems as bad when I am doing it ~ it's after it's done and boy do I feel it. Then grocry shopping. The new owners aren't coming until tomarrow when I am not here. O well. As long as the realitor puts the kids outside we will be ok. I hate people in my house when I am not here but it a process and here we go.

The lady came to make an appraisel on the house. She couldn't understand why the bank wouldn't work with me. Well that's a million dollar question that a million other people have to. Welcome to short sale. Good new tho the house 2 doors up sold for $46 k. Keeping the comps down will make the bank happy.

Went to my apt. and it is still a mess. There is sill shit everywhere. Every where. I thought it would be done by now. They had since Jan. to complete it. Ugh. Grant you he - Dan has been sick ect. but still. I am getting tired of going over there and still seeing the same mess that was there the last time. Well now that I have a key I will make my presence more and mayby they will get the hint.
