Facial Hair in Weight Loss Surgery

I left out one PCOS symptom from the last entry that I’m incredibly embarrassed by but I gotta at least mention it at least in my diary.
I’ve been growing chin hairs. No where near a real beard, like I’d never shave, but quite a few that I pluck and they keep coming back or getting ingrown and causing pimples and scars.
This is not new - it’s been I guess 2 years, I can’t remember. It’s just annoying and ugly but it’s a definite PCOS symptom.
The hair growth has an actual name that starts with an H - I can’t remember the name but some people have it so much worse. Chest hair, back hair, full beards, etc.
I could look into laser hair removal but for people of color laser removal could leave more scarring and there’s talk about lasering one spot making hair grow more in another weird spot and I don’t know that I wanna risk that cause the hair is not thick at all right now.
Right now it what I’m worried about - I don’t want it to get worse over time.
I mean, I’m hoping to get the weight loss surgery and then maybe my double chin won’t be so big and the hair will be less visible but… ugh I dunno I’m just worried about how to manage this. I search and pluck almost everyday but I’m sure people close to me like Will has seen it. I hate it.
I’m at work and still haven’t really researched what diet changes or vitamins I should help me but I do want to kind of make some changes to stop the hair and rise my energy level and sex drive.
Any suggestions are appreciated.

I was resisting that damn metformin and while I didn't want to take it for diabetes I'll take it to get rid of chin hairs LMAO
