SO… blah. And bloody hell. And hamfisted twat waffle.

If there is one thing I do not like is not knowing what to expect for an extended period of time. Clearly, this year for many has been an exercise in just that. Thus why I had preferred to continue to work from home as if we don’t know what is happening… at least I could remain in a place where I felt a modicum of control. I could stand up and do dishes, pet the dog, jerk off, or do laundry. As it is right now… I have three trials scheduled for tomorrow… no idea if they are going to happen or not. I have three trials next week… no idea if they are going to happen or not. The week after that, I have a Jury Trial (or maybe I don’t) as well as 3 other scheduled trials. The week after that, I have 9 trials… and since that is a shit ton of trials for one day, I’m going to go ahead and guess that I will definitely have those. Which takes me to the first week in October where I have 6 jury trials (or maybe I don’t) as well as two other trials. ALL on October 1.

Meanwhile, I have no indications from Nancy on when things will be taken care of… like getting the bank stuff resolved or getting her stuff out. Though I do have a plan about that. I’m going to offer her a cash incentive.

IF she has signed away the accounts by end of September? I’ll cut her a check for $3,000.
IF she has signed away the accounts by end of October? I’ll cut her a check for $2,000.
Any later… nothing.
IF she has all of the things she wants out of the house by end of September? I’ll cut her a check for $2,000.
IF she has all of the things she wants out of the house by end of October? I’ll cut her a check for $1,000.
Any later… nothing.
IF the check conditions are met; I will also forestall filing for divorce this year and will make the request at the beginning of 2021… this in an effort to provide her with more time to secure her own insurance. IF the check conditions are not met; I will file for divorce in November.

So there’s quite a bit of up in the air there, as well. Not to mention ::gestures at the world in total::. Honestly, I can’t imagine how or why anybody would want to be in Trump’s sphere of influence. He values chaos and considers it the best way for him to lead. CHAOS IS NOT A LIFESTYLE it is an aberration that should be avoided.

Meanwhile… I need to teach myself to sew. I need to fix the couch and some clothes… and need to buy some new clothes. And I need to buy a new protective sheet for the bed. Bah. There just seems to be… a lot to do… no set time for anything… which stresses me out… and no really good time to know when things can calm back down.

Man… am I the stupidest guy in the world for being a Special Victim’s Prosecutor going through a Divorce in a pandemic, time of racial violence, and what is looking more and more to be a Fascist Coup of America??

I also do NOT thrive in chaos. I mean, most people don't!!

I dont think you should put off the divorce till 2021 ceel like you should start the year free.

I agree. Putting off the divorce doesn’t benefit you in ANY WAY, and she’s got to start thinking/fending for herself. She’s a grown woman!
