So my baby and I won't have the funds to pay for the jeep to be registered or insured until the first weekend of May. So I very bluntly told my dad that we MUST have the jeep by then and no later.

Les had her very first appointment at Jay VA and all of the staff are females which is wonderful and get this, they actually care about her and the issues she struggles with everyday. jumps in glee YAY! Momma is still sick with some strain of the flu but slowly but surely recovering from it. There are a few issues between them but I will not say what.

In June I will get to visit my dad, mom and bros for a few hours with my baby..its been a few years since I've seen my mom so this will be sweet. The lil bro is taking his finals this week and he thinks they will be a breeze. I do believe next year he will be in the 7th grade so kudos to him. Big bro is taking his finals as well in the university this week and will be picking out classes for next year. He seems to be doing well as well. Dad is getting a raise soon and will be up to six figures a year here soon. Apparently him and Ginet are still together and serious but he's dating another lady in the same town he resides in...here's his conundrum with that. Ginet knows about her and encourages my dad to date but she doesn't know about Ginet. So according to my dad if it doesn't work out between him and Ginet due to long distance then him and this other lady are going to get into a serious relationship and he knows good and well how wrong it sounds and the fact it makes him look like an whole. But whatever its his life and no longer a part of mine.

My mom is enjoying and living up the single life with no intentions to date or marry ever again. Good for her. :-) I haven't had the chance to talk to her on the phone recently. But last I heard she's doing wonderful.

A bunch of shit has gone down at my baby's work... April 17th I believe is the GM's last day until he moves to Florida. A lady he works with has been there for 4 years and is now slacking off and being lazy while my baby does all of the work. So the boss lady got onto her a few days ago and basically told her that if she don't get her shit together soon enough that she will go from head cook to prep and aide and my baby will move up to be head chef. Boss lady might be offered to be the new GM if she takes it and she will get replaced with somebody new unless she bounces from nursing home to the other and back again. Dunno yet. But he's doing wonderful and will be getting almost a whole dollar raise here soon.

I'm battling demons myself right now... Last Thursday I reported my problem to a state advocated and she sent me a form for my statement two days later and I mailed it to her this past Monday. Went to call her afterwards and she was out of the office so she called me Tuesday and I told her it was sent Monday and asked if she could be present at the meeting via teleconference and she said she would. I tried calling her earlier today to ask her how long its been since she mailed my complaint to GLMH and to report another issue...well she wasn't there so hopefully she will get back to me tomorrow. Its been a week since I reported my first problem and almost a week since I sent her my papers and GLMH still hasn't gotten back to me like they should required by the state. A week from today my nurse practitioner prescribed me a new med called Lamictal and I am ordered to take it in four steps. So today marks a week for me taking 25 mg of this and tomorrow I am suppose to take two for a week and so on. Well yesterday it finally got into my system and I woke up dizzy with the world spinning and not being able to walk a straight line thinking I will fall every step I take. So I called GLMH and told the receptionist to leave a message for the nurse and have her call me next time she shows up. An hour later the assistant told me she got off of the phone with the nurse and told me to go ahead and up it by tomorrow and if I still have the same issues to call again. You know what I have to say about that? F them. When I see her on the 17th imma tell her that I'm still taking 25mg and refuse to up my dosage. I have shit to do around the house whily my baby's at work and I can't do it if I'm not functioning properly and she knows good and well that his parents are physically disabled and have lots of physical limitations. So, if she refuses to change my meds to something different then after the appointment is done I will tell the receptionist to give me a appointment with the Dr to clear it all up and if SHE refuses then I will proceed to call my advocate in front of her and ask her what I should do unless she prefers to talk to the receptionist herself then by all means I will gladly let her.

So that's what's going on now. Thanks for your time and reading my entire venting session. :-)
