  • Pay property taxes paid and Jim's too. Nice conversation with an old old co-worker in the court house entry
  • Work on fair book on one of the library's computers did it and talked to our local cow artist who is painting a big beautiful cow portrait on the south wall (inside) of the library. I told her about the Doris Lessing story abut the picture of the Highland cows.
  • Collect can money $13 - new management - not as much fun as it used to be.
  • Pay safety deposit box rent (should be about the same as the can money) $8 - so I made a profit.
  • Print out tax forms while I'm at the library did it
  • Put gas in the Buick dit it and bought corn chips. Went to Kwik Star so didn't have a chance to tour Casey's doughnut shop
  • See if Larre wants to work on the Buick's windshield wipers. got Larre's attention and he tightened the bolt holding the driver side wiper and that's what it needed, apparently.

I guess that's enough.

I need to talk to someone. Or several someones. People who aren't on the list.

Maybe when I go to the courthouse I can just ask who's not paid their taxes yet and write a check for them too. Kind of like buying coffee for the next person at Starbucks.

Maybe I can go into Casey's and ask for a tour of their doughnut making operation.

Pay taxes for another--you are thoughtful, more than anyone else I know.

one of my fb friends listed himself and his wife on gofundme. I was able to send them a little something. I think the site works for private individuals and organization starting up.
