I had the meeting at the school yesterday afternoon. It was not a bad meeting, but they are very concerned with his behavior because this is not like him. I talked to their counselor and the assistant principle. He won’t be able to access anything else other than the program they work from. He was given a book to do research on the state of Georgia. He said he liked books over Chromebooks anyway. Sure you do. They showed me a copy of the picture he took of himself. Thing about that is, it was his avitar/profile picture and it was really tiny, but it was enough for someone to see it. I had it and shredded it when I got home. He is insistent that he took the picture, but it’s kind of weird, unless Chromebooks have a timer on the camera, that both his hands were on his pants to expose it.

Talking about him being out of character, I was also told that at lunch he called an adult a bitch. I bucked my eyes like, “You have got to be kidding me.” He mumbled it to this person and someone snitched on him. Little bitch. LMAO

So the counselor says that she will call him out of class perhaps once a week to check in with him to make sure he’s okay.

When I picked him up from daycare, he had no idea that I knew about the bitch incident. So we talked about that a little. We got in the house, we went upstairs and I got the Uno cards and we talked while we played a couple of hands. He said he had a memory flash about “Uncle Kenny” and he was sad because he knows Uncle Kenny died.

(Back story: Uncle Kenny was my daughter’s friend who lived down the street from us. He was trans -name went from Kenny to Kiwi- and was married to a woman named Kristi. Now Kristi looked like a young boy. They have 3 children together. Third baby was born after his death. He was killed by police. He’d been having issues with this neighbor downstairs, harassing him and his family. Police had been called multiple times. This particular time, the cops came knocking on their door and they say he sliced at or cut the cop on the arm with a kitchen knife and they shot him in his chest and his children were home. Bubby Sr. spent a lot of time with them because my daughter is a…never mind.)

So we talked some more and I asked about the picture and he said no one took it, just him. So he’s still on punishment. For him this means, no videos on my phone, no games and no toys. He is allowed to watch PBS and PBS Kids only and read.

And that’s that.
