Finally in Bittersweet

Hubby has a start day for work. He starts on Tuesday. He was supposed to start on the 6th, so you know waiting has been so stressful! It means we will officially have to declare ourselves residents of colorado. At least he will. Seeing we own our house in Ak its a bit more complicated then just… saying we are residents. Owning the house that has been our primary for so long, Makes it a bit more confusing. the law states where your primary residence is. Well that is still in Alaska. We dont rent here, dont have bills here, Even our cells arent here haha. The kids are enrolled in an umbrella school in Ak. Im staying with family so i dont have a house here. Its a bit more confusing. Even working in another state dosent mean you are a resident there! So we are still trying to figure it out.
I picked up a 10 quart instant pot today. I already have an 8 but its not enough. The 10 quart plus coupons was 60 dollars off at Kohls. So i got it. Now i can cook meat in one, veg in another. Or rice or poatatoes. you know whatever i cook in it :) Ive got chicken leg quarters in it so i can make soup. My problem is im so picky. its really HARD to find foods to make. I feel like i have somewhat of a verity but im not so sure really. So many things im like uhhhh no.... Thankfully only one of my kids is picky. And the nephews just dump soy sauce on everything ( Like EVERYTHING) Whatever. They eat right?
I plucked my new broken black fella. Kids want to call him Panda Bites. Hes a baby, only 7 months. So he did NOT luck me plucking him. Plucking is literally just combing his dead wool and “plucking” it up, same as you do to a shedding dog. He was shedding bad. I got 2 oz off him. He has plenty left on him.
His hutch needs to be built so i can put him outside. Hes in the house and chewed through a cable. Hes in the garage but kids let him out of the cage to run around. He ate some headphones. Why rabbits are addicted to cords i dont know!
Well in any event. I need to get going. I need to prep the dinner soup :)

In most states if you get mail at a specific address for a certain amount of days ; you can claim residency or get a drivers license in that state.
