injury report 1.2 in my challenge

i'm getting very frustrated with this injury. sure it hasn't been a week yet, but i want to get back to working out. i switched out my insoles, which wasn't as wonderful as i wanted it to be. but no pain so far today. there's been less and less as the week has progressed. i just have to wrap my leg up before i sleep and that seems to help. i want to work out but i can't as it aggravates it a bit. the worst part is the injury is completely unrelated to my workouts. just woke up one day and it hurt. no fun at all. i am putting together a plan for the next year. i will make this happen. i want to look back a year from now and remember this is where i made the plan. i mean some of them are a little more difficult than others. we will see as they are all do able. just a little bit a day.
