Doubt. in Diet and exercise.

I woke up at around 11pm, i slept all day. The guy came and bought the engine so that was £70 in my pocket, i even threw in a clutch plate from my engine that came with my car for another £10 so that's money in the bank.

I then decided to just completely splash out on car parts with the money i managed to save over the past couple months.

The last one was a present just to me, going to buy a front spoiler for my car on thursday too since my car's front panel appears to be bent from someone jacking it up on it.

That leaves around £500 of stuff to buy minus paint which is another £200?

I was walking back from the gym at 2:30am after an hour long workout, managed to knock out half of a 5km run in 22 minutes, i'm hoping by summer i can do 5km with ease, i was sweating like a pig to say the least, the rest of the time i used on the rope machine and some other things; it's harder when your alone there because you lack the inspiration of friends pushing you.

I was walking back and feeling kind of philosophical, staring at all the lights and all the energy we use, all the huge structures and buildings, a lot of them abandoned. This world is big i was pondering. I decided to take a few pictures, i forgot that the bridge is a whole mile long and always get blown away by the size of it when i actually walk over it compared to a drifting over lazily in a car. I'd love to see more of this big world if i wasn't so small and terrified of the concept.

I apologize about the awful quality of the pictures, it was around 3am after all and my phone appears to becoming outdated.
