Am I Dreaming? in My Love

Like the song says, “if I’m dreaming please just let me sleep.” I got to spend time with you two times in three days. It was a wonderful feeling. I hated to walk away when we left each other. I can still feel you in my arms. I can still smell your hair. I can still hear those words rolling off your lips as we held each other. I still hear my response to what you said. That is the third time in three days I have said those words to you. I will treasure that moment with you. It is a moment I will remember forever. When I was awakened from my slumber tonight, I was seeing this replayed in my dreams. I woke feeling you next to me. But I was disappointed that you weren’t there my love. It has been less than 12 hours since we went our separate ways, and already I miss you. But I can sleep in peace knowing you know I love you. I must be honest though, I am counting down until I see you again. I can’t wait.
