got home it started again I walked in and he unloaded on me my stepdad started yelling how he was sick of the house be messed up and grabbed me and pulled in the living room pointing out glasses on the table that left rings on it. I tried to explain I had not been in there. he popped me and said I was lying. I told I don’t drink coke He looked at me and said I should have cleaned it up any way I lost it and told I was not his son maid and if he had a problem he needed to talk to his son and walked off to my room. My stepbrother walked in I heard him tell him you needed to be more careful and use a coster it left a ring on the table work on that, please
He came into my room and said I was grounded for 1. walking off 2. talking to him like I did and 3. because he can
I just looked at him so he tried to pop me again for dirty looks as he called it when he came at me I raised my leg to stop him I guess that’s just a reaction I don’t even realize I do it. he grabbed my leg and pulled me to the floor and then stopped and said your so lucky I have control don’t leave this room and walked out slammed the door breaking it again

Did he hit you? I only ask because "popped" is usually used like the word punched. If you are being hit you need to tell someone. I was abused by my biological father and I got away from him. No one should be putting their hands on you.
