starting week 5 in my challenge

ok the title isn't really appropriate anymore. i am going to do a full cycle even though i have already done a month. this weekend caught up with me. i had to take it off. everything was in pain, not the good sore from the workout pain, but the bad kind. i took the weekend off and now feel great. i have groceries coming in later today so i won't be eating crap because its what i have. i'm excited to get my workout going today. i sometimes forget that they put the rest weeks into programs because your body needs it, so i will be a little more strict with the schedule from here out. i have the base program, but i am looking at some of the other ones as well. i just want to see the differences in the schedule and the workouts. should be interesting. i should be able to kill it this week even though its a different set of workouts than i had been doing. pumped about it though.
