Day 8 in just testing

I should be doing 11 am - 7 pm Intermitten fasting but since I’m new I’m going to try to do 7 am - 7 pm instead.

7 am B: Starbucks double shot
10 pm S: 2 eggs, 1 slice cheese
1 pm L: eggplant, tofu, cauliflower, chik’n, in cheese sauce
4 p pm S: chocolate protein shake
6 pm D: cheese veggie burger & fries
7 pm D:
GYM: yes
