Manipulative eyes
Seduce this disguise
In a reflective design
The mirrors never lie
Speak
And
I will never tell
The famous portrait
You always sell

Reverse the mind
To Deceive time
Break the glass
Put together your mask
There’s nothing left
Of your face
Decoded by the words
You erase

Lips of bliss
An empty kiss
Addictive love
Rots the apple
That dropped from above
Hoping Eve’s lust
Will produce a tree
Without a seed
As we watch
From the drowning waters of the sea

Pictured lies
Serve the knees well
Listen
And you’ll never hear a word
That I tell
Riddle what you create
Into the drug you sedate
So prostitute these eyes
To camouflage the scene
You refuse to recognize
