week 4 the restart day 2 in my challenge

this cardio heavy program is killing me. though i did work out and then go straight to a metal show where i spent a good portion of the show in the pit. i'm half deaf, bruised up, sore, fighting dehydration(due to sweating it out, not alcohol. i had 2 beers after the show but chased them with 3 glasses of water and gatorade.) my feet and legs are a mess. i didn't get a ton of sleep and yet i still feel like i am better rested than most days when i get more sleep. went with a crushed up granola bar for breakfast. i wasn't really hungry this morning. i'll go protein heavy for lunch. i've been hydrating more since starting this cardio fun. which seems to work out a bit better. i'm also drinking freezing ice cold water. i've thought about adding supplements aside from protein. maybe adding vitamin d. i'll be getting my testosterone levels tested. depending on what that comes back as i might start testosterone replacement therapy. yes i've done my homework on this. i have to wait until my results come before i make any choices on that. but its supposed to help out a bit, if there's a low T count. but that's not a decision for today. i debate my drinking choices, i've cut down to a couple times a week, but i might also cut out all beer and switch to a drink lower in calories. maybe gin, or something similar. another problem i will deal with later. the big thing i am thinking about is whether or not to stick with the oatmeal/yogurt breakfast or go back to egg whites and turkey bacon. might get another yoga mat to increase the space in my room i can use. i had originally gotten 2 but i gave one to a friend to help him out when he started ddp yoga. so i have very sore legs. i might have to go to a body shop and have them work on them. i probably can get by with 30 minutes.
