I'm tired. I took Dev to this thing at my school they put on every year for kids. They have an obstacle course, ice cream, popcorn, climbing wall, "quicksand" craft making, face painting, etc. Oh, and a parachute. So Dev wants to play in the parachute and then she smacks head first into another kid and ends up with a fat lip. She's crying, almost inconsolable, so I take her to a quiet spot and read her a story. She's got her face painted like a tiger and she's crying that all off. Then she gets a helium filled balloon and the lady ties it tightly around her wrist. I think I'm just in a bad mood and everything pissed me off. But I was like, seriously lady? Is this your first rodeo? You don't tie it around their wrist, you make a loophole so they can take it off and on. So she wants it off, so I cut it off and she wants to carry it. Well she goes in the line up for the obstacle course and lets go of it, and it pops. Instant tears. Poor girl, so I hugged her. We get some popcorn, check out the quick sand again, and then I say let's go and do the obstacle course again and she says okay, and then runs the other way into the parachute. I'm like the fuck? She's going to get hurt again. I wait, and I don't see her so I walk around and there she is in the middle laying on the ground bawling. So I climb in and get her out. I'm just done. She's crying again and I'm exhausted. I have this paper on my mind and I'm stressed.

I am just so cranky I want to call her dad and bitch him out. He pisses me off sooooo much. Everytime he talks to her on the phone he says he'll call her the next day and then doesn't. So when she calls him he does the same, no call. FUCK off you stupid prick. I mean whatever, never see her but don't be surprised when she's 18 and wants nothing to do with you. And don't have your girlfriend talk to me about how I make you "feel bad" about being a bad dad. Well you aren't a good one?! You're absent. You see your child less than once a month. You make me sick.

I also have an essay due tuesday that I haven't started. stress
