One Day Or Day One in Current Events

I feel so unfocused when I have my snap streaks to keep up with and when I start to fill in the voids with scrolling through Facebook and Instagram. A couple weeks ago I deactivated my Facebook and I let my snap streaks go. I actually took it pretty hard. I disabled all notifications on my phone for a few days and people actually thought I had died. I have been working on my goals in silence and I have been doing a lot of reflection. I have a lot of unprocessed feelings to work through and that is where all my anxiety and depression comes from so I have that as a priority. I’ve never been so strong and been more proud of where I am and who I have become and I want to get myself into beast mode and advance myself further and anybody along the way who needs help and support.

Getting rid of social media is probably one of the best things you could have done. I really need to do this at some point too but it's so damn hard.
