I was able to get up and leave no issues. Stopped for gas ran through a Drive Thru and be to moms by 6:50. She had requested 7:15. She stopped for a couple breakfast sandwiches at a gas station for her and Shirley and we were off. We arrived early (naturally) and were nearly the only people in court. The only others being the panel of lawyers, court staff and one guy in stripes and his escort. Our time in front of the judge did not go so well in my opinion.... but… it did go well. He talked about how we basically didn’t have the right “doctor’s note” and basically if we had X, Y and Z it would be done. That mom had done exactly what she needed to for future issues but that today he was dismissing the case because Alicen didn’t agree to it.... like she had said she would.

Her lawyer had spent a couple hours with her explaining the situation and Alicen told her lawyer that she didn’t want mom having her money..... Mom already has her money so it ticks me off that her lawyer doesn’t know the current situation enough to be able to remind Alicen of that. I’m sure it had more to do with a like that says that mom would receive compensation for her time and what nots as Alicen’s assistant. Mom doesn’t even want the money, she just wants to be able to get Alicen somewhere to help her with or without Alicen’s consent. This is because when she does go off the deep end no one can tell her anything. She is stronger than anyone and we have no idea what she’s doing because she knows better than us.

Alicen is at Tri-Star Skyline in Madison. There they are monitoring her and experimenting with a needle injected drug. This is all I know, this is all I can find out because again Alicen will not give mom the okay to ask about treatments and check in on her. It’s maddening. There is a Family Meeting planned for Monday at 1. Two of the people she normally sees would like to be present/present via phone. According to Allie’s normal case worker there are papers in place for release. Not to somewhere to get help but home. The judge considers this a win because even though we did not get conservatorship she was forced to get help because of the emergency one mom got.

It was all upsetting because this is the 4th time (according to mom and she would know) that Alicen has just stopped taking her meds. Each time she has less.... brains(for lack of term) when she returns to her meds. The XYZ mentioned can be obtained to this isn’t over. It’s just that this being the first time the court is involved he can only go by what he has. I don’t hate the judge. I feel like all the facts were not presented to him. It is not his fault. I don’t blame the lawyers either because they can only work with what they know of the situation. I feel that maybe mom didn’t talk long enough with her lawyer....how could they know he would want XYZ?. How would Alicen’s lawyer know that mom already controlled her money if Alicen didn’t tell her. How can Alicen tell her when her brain is so out of whack. I’m sure she hardly grasps the concept of money right now.

Also, Alicen told her lawyer she was preg. again. Not true but mom made a request for a test to her case worker at Skyline. Saying that if she is (as she had told her lawyer) that meds would have to be halted and/or changed.

After court we talked about Alicen as we drove back to mom’s. Apparently over the last few days going from here to there and being in offices and cars she’s been trying to steal things. Balls, staplers, anything not tied down and small to attempt to put in her pockets. smh
