I think I am going to accept the job.
I informed wife that I was going to accept the job and… granted, we talked about it from 8 p.m. until 2 a.m.... but she was so happy to be moving back… that we had sex. So… Des Moines is key, I suppose. When we agreed on a “DM D Day” we had sex; when we agreed to take a job back there, we had sex. That is worth noting.
It also suggests that the move makes her happier than she’s been since just after we got married. Because a month after we got married; we moved to Omaha. And it was not long after that when Wife was asking when we could move back. That was November 2011. Almost 5 and a half years later; we’re returning.
I just… hope it is the right call.
