day 2 Part II in my challenge

so i woke up this morning feeling super sore and beat. my legs were killing me. on my way to work today my knee was giving me some trouble on the stairs. just hurt a little nothing insane. i am cutting out the stacker 3 today as i haven't been sleeping well lately. i don't have an awful lot of caffeine in my diet anyhow. so it would make sense that the increased caffeine would mess with my sleep. i will probably have one or 2 cups of tea today and call it at that. today is yoga so i'll probably just fall down a bunch. i've always been terrible at yoga. mostly due to my poor balance. ok my balance and lack of flexibility. which are the 2 most important things one does in yoga. it should be interesting, though i know in the previous versions it was tough but not bad. i even switched it out later for walking/running a couple miles. though for this first cycle i am doing everything by the book, well the schedule anyhow. i might have a lunch with some carbs in it instead of doing just straight protein. maybe i'll do a wrap or something like that. i need the energy. but this is first week and that usually happens. my body not used to the extra work its getting demands more sleep and recovery time. not sleeping through the night is a little problematic. maybe tonight i'll take melatonin an hour or so after dinner. that usually knocks me out quick. but i am still pumped about this. not quitting, not making excuses, i am going to get it done.

Way to stick with it. Modify if you need to because of those knees.
