so i was thinking about this recently. ok so i’ve had clinical anxiety for awhile. but knowing Lindsey didn’t help. She um...........[it’s hard to think while music is playing wow[ she gave me unsolicited advice i felt like she told me what to do about a situation when i already knew. [which is why i don’t tell others what to do about a situation.] and so ever since then I’ve always been a step ahead of everyone. People have probably noticed this in my entries when i’m like ‘i know what to do about this so’. um. and i feel like if I wasn’t like that someone would. tell me what to do about a situation and that’s why i’m not like that. actually she’s not the only one who does that valerie does too. at some point i’ll talk to her about it. but basically please don’t insult my intelligence by doing that.

Did you mention that you already knew what to do about the situation? If not, perhaps she was just trying to help. People seem to do that often with good intentions, even if the advice ends up being ineffectual or harmful. Of course, there are also the people who butt into things and give advice without context, if she's one of those then I can see how it would be annoying.
