6am Breakfast: hot chocolate 8, Indian onion snacks - 20

9am Snack - Indian onion snacks - 20

12pm Lunch: indian ( rice and chickpeas mainly ) - 40

4pm Snack: candy - 50 ( wasn’teven worthit )

630 pm Dinner: Indian dinner 28

7pm Dessert: Indian onion snacks - 20

Exercise:

Carbs left: 23

I wonder how many carbs is burned in an hour of exercise
